These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tenderindia.in and your use of Tenderindia training, webinar, enquiry, and other services. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.

Important: Programme-specific fees, eligibility, delivery dates, and reservation conditions may also be stated in an offer or enrolment page. Those terms apply in addition to these terms.

1. About Tenderindia

Tenderindia provides educational information, training, webinar, and related digital or physical services. Tenderindia is not a government department, procurement authority, or legal adviser. Content is provided for general education and does not guarantee a tender result, contract award, income, savings, or business outcome.

2. Use of the website and services

You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and not interfere with its operation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse protected content, impersonate another person, or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

3. Webinars, training, and registrations

Webinar registration is free unless expressly stated otherwise and does not guarantee a seat. Joining details, links, or programme updates may be sent to the email address or phone number supplied at registration. You are responsible for keeping contact details current and for providing a valid email address and phone number.

Training availability, batch dates, mode of delivery, fees, eligibility, support, and certification or completion conditions are confirmed in the relevant programme offer. We may change or reschedule a session where reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes through the contact details associated with your registration.

4. Fees, payment, and cancellation

Fees and payment deadlines are shown on the applicable programme or product page. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for all charges authorised by you. Where applicable, payment providers process payment details under their own terms and security policies.

Reservation amounts, cancellation deadlines, refunds, rescheduling, and non-attendance consequences are governed by the relevant programme terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The current GeM Live Online Group Training reservation terms are also published on the reservation terms page.

5. Content and intellectual property

Website content, course names, page layouts, logos, graphics, text, and other materials owned by Tenderindia or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use content for your personal or internal business learning and may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or distribute it without written permission, except where a specific licence says otherwise.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Tenderindia does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

7. Reviews, testimonials, and examples

Any examples, testimonials, or illustrative outcomes are provided for general information. They are not promises or guarantees of future results. Your own decisions, preparation, market conditions, and circumstances determine the outcome of any tender or business activity.

Tenderindia does not warrant that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenderindia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from your use of the website or services, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
